  5. leavesMint Coreinder
  6. to taste Salt
  7. to taste Red chilli
  8. 1/4 tbspoon White zeeera
  9. Chat masala as required
  10. Oil for frying

    Wash and remove seeds from bittergroud.

  2. 2

    Peel them slightly. Pour salt on them and leave them for 15 mints.

    Cut ur vggies and spices together

    Wash again bittergroud and pour mixture in side

    And fry them properly on low medium flame for 20 to 30 mints.
