Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupFulfat milk powder
  • 1/4 cup Plain flour
  • 125 gmsBeef Mince
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp Semolina
  • 1/2 tsp level Baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 TbspChilli garlic sauce
  • 1/2tspSalt
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flake
  • 1/4 tspBasil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbspKetchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan and satey ginger garlic paste for 20 secs. Add mince and cook for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Add vinegar, soya sauce, hot sauce, tomato paste, salt, Chilli, Chilli garlic sauce and ketchup and cook for 6-7mins

  3. 3

    In the same time boil water and add macaroni in it and boil for 10-12 mins.

  4. 4

    When macaroni become double in volume strain and spread cold water to avoid sticking togather

  5. 5

    Add Capsicum in mince and satey for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add one layer of macaroni and one mince. Repeat it and cover it for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Add basil and Oregano leaves in macaroni and mix well.

  8. 8

    Serve with ketchup.
