Ingredients

  • 1 cupatta mark one(wholemeal flour)
  • 1/2all purpose flour
  • 1/2icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsblueband (not melted)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2milk
  • 1 tablespoonsginger powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift your flour add in all the dry ingredients then your blueband and vanilla extract. mix with hand till mixture has a breadcrumbs texture.

  2. 2

    Add in your milk and knead till the dough is firm.Put in a fridge fr 20min....After rollthe dough out in a thin sheet like form,then cut into desired shapes and sizes.

  3. 3

    Gease your pan,for me i used the double grill pan,so gease the inside and place your biscuits, make holes on the biscuits using a toothpick.bake fr 20 mins under low heat.after let the biscuits cool.

    Enjoy with a glass of milk
