Ingredients

  • 1 CupButter
  • 3Eggs
  • 1 TbspCoffee
  • 1 TbspVanilla
  • 1 CupWhite Sugar
  • 1 CupLight Brown Sugar
  • 1 CupFlour
  • 3/4 CupCocoa Powder
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 CupChocolate Chips

Steps

  1. 1

    On a large bowl, add the melted butter, coffee, vanilla, then sifted cocoa powder(bloom), mix, then add the sugars.

  2. 2

    Once mixed, add the eggs.

  3. 3

    Add the sifted Flour, and salt.

  4. 4

    Add chocolate chips.

  5. 5

    Bake under 180c for 30mins

  6. 6

    Wait to cool before handling.
