A very quick and easy to make recipe is here..and healthy too as sewaiyan are also homemade...tasty and yummy...u can also give it to ur kids in place of maggi and chowmein..they ll loved it...
Steps

Firstly take a pan,add oil or ghee..add jeera then onions saute for a min,add potatoes and matar(peas)..cook until they get soft..now add tomatoes and green chilli.mix well and cook until oil releases..

Now add all the spices and ketchup...mix well..

Then add sewaiyan saute for 1 min...and add 4 cups of water...and cook.until.all.the water absorbs and sewiyan gets cooked...(add water if needed)...and serve hot and add some fresh coriander..and enjjoy
