Cut the green chillies in to big slices.

In a grinder add carrom seeds and coriander seeds and grind it to make a fine powder.

Now heat oil in a woke. Add chillies to it and cook it for 5 minutes on low to medium falme. Stuff it in between.

Now add salt and carrom coriander powder to it and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now put off the flame and squeeze lemon juice to it and mix well.mirch wani is ready. Serve it with dal chawal or roti as a dry pickel.
