Boil Potato,phool gobhi,patta gobhi,simla mirch,carrot clean and put on gas of two vissel with half glass of water after boil mash all vegetables

Take a pan add oil or butter with pinch of hing and Chopped onion and tomato garlic ginger saute well

Add all spices in tomato gravy and add boil mash vegetables mix well add salt add per taste and some water cover the lid boil for 15-20 in slow flame

After 15-20 open lid add butter and fresh coriander and lemon mix well now ready your yummy pavbhaji serve with salad and fresh pav
