MashaAllah! @Back to village coastal lifestyle days..yep back in them days Alhamdulillah!! kiddoz get ready and steady..thankfully this was the children's activity. (for those willing enough to cooperate!)..here all credits go to Bilal ,alhamdulillah for most of prep in cleaning .May u be blessed and carry on helping in kitchen !.note that doing from scratch ,the cleaning and cutting out of part etc ,may not be for the faintest of hearts..(here just had to include all pics for demonstrations,).. maybe you can just get ready cleaned squid instead!! .however the case.enjoy inshaAllah #mycookbook

Clean clean and more clean....

Cut off cut out....

Rince well !,then prep the chillies and slice the veggs..and slice up squid into rings.can add the spices and onions,except the lemon.!!(leave the lemon adding to almost last!)

Bismillah...Heat your oil well.. and simply dry fry at high heat...,(note:add squiz the lemon at the end of cooking stages,when squid is about fully cooked).

...Until lovely golden brown and note,noy let over cook.so check if soft and cooked also note, undercooked is not healthy,(impprtant tip...NOT leave to get rubbery texture InshaAllah)
