Paneer Tikka

Challenging with new dishes inspires me. When someone says you can't, thats the time when the craziness comes from within that why can't I.? And that is the time, when my confidence and zeal to make that thing arises..
Paneer Tikka
Challenging with new dishes inspires me. When someone says you can't, thats the time when the craziness comes from within that why can't I.? And that is the time, when my confidence and zeal to make that thing arises..
Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients along with paneer cubes and veggies and marinate it for 1 to 2 hours in a refrigerator.
- 2
Now after two hours, pierce the marinated veggies and paneer in a stick as shown in the image 1. Do keep some space in between the two. Now heat a flat non-stick pan, pour a tbsp of oil in it and put those sticks over it keeping good amount of space in between two sticks so that it becomes easy to flip or turn them.
- 3
Cook them in a low flame by covering it. After every 5 mins flip the sides gently till a light brown layer is coated around each sides. It would take nearly around 12 mins for a single batch. After it's done, take a charcoal heat it and put it in a small vati & pour a tbsp of ghee over it and cover it immediately. Keep it for about 10 mins and serve. This will give to a perfect aroma of "tandoor".
- 4
Repeat the same with rest of the batches..Your paneer tikkas are now ready to serve. Serve them with dahi-pudina chutney and salad..
