Boil 300 ml water in a pan,take 100 ml water in separate bowl.

Add cornflour and colour now add this mixture in a boiling water stir continously.

You will see a thick transparent paste has come up in 1 min put this mixture in sewai machine and pour the sewai in bowl full of ice or cool water you will see your faluda is ready.

You can add sugar or few drop of essence to make sweet faluda.

Take a big mug or glass pour rabdi thick enough you can use Sacchi rabdi or homemade rabdi,add crushed ice,add square pieces of jelly,add scoop of vanilla ice cream,add soaked chea seeds add Lil crushed ice to settle a layer add faluda sewai add Lil Gulkand tootyfruity and crushed Dryfruits again add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and add 2 spoons of rooabza and garnish with cherry.
