Wash arbi leaves and all water thoroughly. Now take abowl and add gram flour, salt, red chillies, turmeric powder, coriander pawder,black pepper powder, lemon juice and water to make a batter.

Now put this batter on arbi leaves by making it layered and fold it

Now take water in a vessel and heat it and keep steamer on top of this water pot and this folded leaves and make it steame for 2o min and our steame arbi leaves is ready to serve.
