Soak yeast wit warm water for 5mins. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl n mix. Add soaked yeast n water,mix well and make a very thick n smooth batter. Cover and let it rise for 1hr.

Set a pan on fire n drizzle with some oil, scoop d batter n spread in d pan,toast for some minutes, flip when d bottom is golden brown. Remove when both sides are golden.

Gurasa bread is readyyyyy.

Cut it into smaller size.Add chopped veggies,oil,yaji and mix well.
