Potato Bread with Rice Flour (Gluten-Free)

Mash the potatoes until smooth. Add a little water and the remaining ingredients. Mix until you have a dough that is not too wet or too dry.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut parchment paper to fit the size of your baking pan, then spread the dough on top of it.

Bake for 1 hour.

It turned out very delicious...

Tip: Slice the bread only after it has completely cooled.
