Ingredients

40 minutes.
3 servings.
  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 1 cupcream
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupripe mango puree
  5. 2 tbspchopped dry fruits(optional)
  6. 1 tspmango essence

Steps

40 minutes.
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan till reduced to half.

  2. 2

    Add mango puree,essence and sugar.Further cook on medium flame till thick.

  3. 3

    Put off flame and let it cool.

  4. 4

    When cool add cream and dryfruits,mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour into kulfi moulds,keep in freezer for 8 hours.

  6. 6

    Kulfi is ready to serve.Demould the kulfis and serve.
