Steps

Throw potatoes into a clean bowl and wash thoroughly (Use a clean sponge if possible)

Scrape off any dark spots and cut out any spoilt parts on potatoes

Slice potatoes in half, and slice that half in half
- 4
Dice the potato slices into small sizable chunks and put back in a clean bowl
- 5
Flavor with salt, maggi, pepper, yaji, ginger and garlic powder
- 6
Add a few teaspoons of oil, enough to grease the potatoes.

Rub the spices in with your hand(s).

Place in an oven (abt 30minutes) or air-fryer (abt 20minutes)

Serve with fruits & veggies, ketchup, fried eggs or any preferred condiments.
