Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsChicken
  2. 10-15Green chillies
  3. 1 onionOnion, chopped finely
  4. 2 podsGarlic
  5. handfulCoriander
  6. 1/2 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Clean chicken cut into pieces. Apply turmeric and salt and set aside. In meanwhile take a pan add some oil fry 10 chilies. Once the chillies are slightly soft, turn off the flame.

    Now in the same pan add garlic and coriander. Take all together in a mixer jar add salt and make paste.

    Apply the paste to chicken. Take the remaining 5 chillies and some garlic crush them in Motar pestle. Now in a kadai pour some oil add jeera then add the crushed chilli and garlic. Add onion and fry for one to two minutes. Now add in the chicken. Add little bit water.Let it cook on low flame
