Steps

Soak the dal fr 3-4 hrs drain and churn adding 2 tbsp of water into thick batter.Beat it with hand for 15 min,the dal batter will turn very light and fluffy.You need 2 bowl of water 1 large bowl with water salt and hing pow.The other bowl is req to make gujiyas.

Now take one thick plastic sheet,sprinkle some water and spread it on the sheet.Now take some dal with the help of water spread it with finger put the stuffing in the centre.

Fold it by turning the sheet on top.Always keep your palm wet while working with dal.slowly take out the gujiya and fry them.

Take out the gujiyas from oil and dip it in salt,hing water fr an hr.In a meanwhile beat the curd with sugar pow,salt.Place the gujiyas on curd bed cover it slowly with curd.Sprinkle roasted cumin pow and chilli pow.Serve.
