Alphonso Mango Kheer
Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice for 1 hour. Strain and grind coarsely in mixer jar.

In pan pour milk and keep it for boiling. Add sugar. After one boil add crushed basmati rice and cook stirring occasionally.

Cook for 25-30 minutes,till rice grain is soft and mixture thickens. Off the flame. Add & mix cardamom powder and saffron strands.

Cool at room temperature. Keep refrigerated to chill for 2-3 hours.

Add & mix alphonso mango pulp. Pour in serving bowls.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Alphonso Mango Kheer garnishing with diced alphonso mango pieces and pistachios flakes.
