Take a bowl and mix the sugar and Curd add oil mix nicely add milk, vanilla essence mix well.

Take another bowl mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking Powder mix well and Sift this dry mixture into the wet ingredients in small batches.

Folding it in after each batch, Don’t over mix, just gently fold the mixture.

Grease microwave proof container with butter / oil.

Pour the batter in the greased box and sprinkle chopped dryfruits or grated dark choclate.

Bake the cake in the microwave on normal mode for 10 minutes.

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes and then transfer to a plate or cutting board. Cut and enjoy.

Store the cooled cake in an airtight container for at room temperature or Refrigerate.
