Take a bread slices cut the corner set aside.

Take a pan add milk bring a Boil and simmer add milk powder, sugar, cardamom powder, almonds boil till little thicken.

Remove half of milk from the pan and set aside.

Keep boiling milk until completely thicken. (Thick Rabri consistency)

Take a bread slice spread this rabri mixture cut into half and join another half roll gently.

Place into plate or bowl & soak with thicken milk mixture for 10 minutes.

Garnish with saffron milk, almond, cheery.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Ready & enjoy malai roll.
