Heat a thick bottom utensil and add atta and roast till golden in colour and you can smell a nice flavour...(be careful not to burn and cook on medium heat)stirring continuosly

Take it out in a pan and add 1.5 litre water and mix continuosly so no lumps are formed

Heat ghee in the pan and add cinnamon stivk cardamom,cloves and let it smoke..peel the mangoes properly

Add cumin seeds in ghee and add mango..do not blacken the cumin seeds..Roast the mango in ghee for few minutes till golden and add 1 litre water and cook covered for 15 minutes so that it cooks properly

When mango is little soft add flour water mixture and stir and add sugar and cook again for few minutes covered

The liquid should be thin as it will thicken after it is cooked and even thicker when it is chilled

After 20 minutes switch off the gas and let it cool

Serve chilled..The taste is sweet and sour in taste and you can certainly increase or decrease sugar
