This is one of the recipes I care about most. It's been part of my family forever. It was also one of the first recipes I published when I started my cooking blog! These savory fritters made with zucchini blossoms are absolutely delicious!

Start by preparing the zucchini blossoms. Remove the pistil and any tough parts. Rinse the blossoms well and let them dry on a clean kitchen towel.

Next, make the batter. Using a whisk, combine the milk, eggs, salt, and baking soda. The batter should not be too thick.

Separately, grate the zucchini and add it to the batter. Finely chop the garlic and parsley, then add them to the mixture.

Roughly cut the zucchini blossoms with scissors and add them to the batter.

Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a pot with plenty of oil for frying. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil using two teaspoons. Fry until golden brown. Remove from the oil, sprinkle with salt, and serve. Enjoy!
