Heat pan add Semolina dry roast for 3-4 minutes until light colour.

Take a heavy bottomed pan heat milk bring a Boil, add roasted semolina stir well until little thick consistency.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped nuts stir well, cook till sugar dissolves. Flame off

Garnish with nuts and Serve hot or chilled.
