Cooking Instructions

Clean the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel

Cut three deep slashes onto each side of the fish. All the way down to the bone

Grill or BBQ the vegetable Squiewers

Once the veg are cooked, stuff them into the fish cavities and at the bottom of the pan

Place the fish on top
- 6
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 7
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
- 8
Place slices of lemon over the fish
- 9
Sprinkle the capers
- 10
Bake in the oven at 200 Deg c for 25 mins or until the fish is cooked through and the skin pulls away easily

Serve with some lemon Mayonnaise and new potatoes

Every time we celebrated, we ate sea bream. My grandmother always made this mashed and season fish using sea bream. The delicious concentrated taste of my grandmother's sea bream has been imprinted in my palette! I think I was able to reproduce that flavor.The fish burns easily and sticks to the pan, so make sure to use a non-stick coated pan! If it sticks, scrape at it with the wooden spatula.
