Ingredients

  1. 2x 250g Whole Sea Bream
  2. 1 TbspCapers
  3. 2x Mixed Vegetable Squiewers
  4. 1hand full of asparagus spears
  5. 1lemon
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tastePepper

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the fish and pat dry with kitchen towel

  2. 2

    Cut three deep slashes onto each side of the fish. All the way down to the bone

  3. 3

    Grill or BBQ the vegetable Squiewers

  4. 4

    Once the veg are cooked, stuff them into the fish cavities and at the bottom of the pan

  5. 5

    Place the fish on top

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice

  8. 8

    Place slices of lemon over the fish

  9. 9

    Sprinkle the capers

  10. 10

    Bake in the oven at 200 Deg c for 25 mins or until the fish is cooked through and the skin pulls away easily

  11. 11

    Serve with some lemon Mayonnaise and new potatoes
