Ingredients

  • 500 gminced beef
  • 2x table spoon of hot chilli
  • 2x TS of Worcester sauce
  • 2x TS of mustard
  • 2x cloves of garlic
  • Fine cut onion - hand full
  • Grated cheese
  • to tasteGarnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the mince, garlic, chilli sauce, Worcester sauce, mustard and onion with a tiny bit of olive oil. Make 4 decent sized burgers.

    Gently fry the burger. About 8 mins each side for well done.

    Add cheese
