After cutting watermelon retain the skin on and peel twice as watermelon has thick skin. Cut into small pieces

Make a purée of watermelon rind cut pieces in the food processor and set aside

In a wok heat ghee, add besan, add sooji and stir for 5-7 mins.

Add watermelon purée and stir for 10 mins until water is absorbed

Add sugar and stir for another 10 mins because sugar will leave water
- 6
Stir for 1-2 mins more and add cardamom powder, jaiphal and stir for 1 min.

Add milk and stir to cook thick consistency.

Add chopped almonds and pistachios.

Plate it well and garnish with further chopped pistachios and almonds. Enjoy!
