Mango Shrikhand
Steps

Take the hung curd in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and whisk smoothly till it turns creamy.

Add in powdered sugar and whisk till sugar gets dissolved in curd.

Add mango pulp and whisk well.

Next, add saffron milk, cardamom powder and dry fruits (almond slivers+ pistachio slivers). Mix well.

Then transfer it to the serving bowls. Garnish with few chopped mangoes, dry fruits and cherry.

Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve chilled.
