Aloo ka Bharta/Bhurta

Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mashed it in a big bowl.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, kalongi, green chillies, ginger paste, Chaat Masala, lemon juice and water approx 2 cup.

Mix it well.

Pour oil in a pan and add finely cut onions. When onions translucent in colour, add potatoes mixture. Bhonofy it very well. You can add little bit of water to bhonofy it well.

When oil comes out close the stove. Mix Garam Masala into it.

Take oil in a fry pan and add onions. When onions slightly change into translucent colour, give tarka to the potatoes mixture.

Dish out the Bharta/ bhurta and garnish with coriander leaves and ginger.

Serve it hot with chapatis.
