1/2 tbspcorn flour
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
2egg
1 tspginger garlic paste
2 clovechopped garlic
1 tbspcurd
1 tspdry red chilli powder
5drops of lime juice
1 pinchturmeric powder
1/4 tsppowdered thyme
Fry
1/2 cuprefined oil

Marinate for 30 minutes.

In skillet heat oil and fry just the chicken pieces for 5 minutes on both sides in low flame or sim.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or serve with rice and curry
