2 tbsghee
1 1/2 cupbesan
1/2 cupsuji
as neededSugar
2 cupmilk

Take a kadhai. Add ghee then add besan and stir.. now add suji and stir continuously.

When besan turns light brown in colour add sugar and milk into it and stir well until the halwa is completely removed from the kadhai.

Garnish with your favorite dry fruits.
