Steps

Take a pan and ghee

Ghee melt after add wheat flour and roaste in slow gas

Roaste it with stirring continuously till the flour colour change and get roasted aroma of the flour

Add 2tsp milk in a pan mix well and off the gas add jaggery in the roaste flour mix well

Take a one plate add all mixer spread properly in to plate

Cut immediatly as your choice and lets cool down for 10 min

Now ready your dessert at home
