Steps

Boil the milk by removing 4tsp milk from it.Add custard powder to the left milk.Add this to boiling milk at sim.

Add sugar and switch off stove when reaches the required consistency. After cooling down add mango puree and mix well.

Add fruits and nuts of your choice.l have added banan mango and cashews.Refrige it.

For caramelized mixture first fry cashews or any others of choice with Vermicelli in ghee.Then grind them.

Then take a pan add sugar,when it gets caramelized add the above mixture.Pour this to a greased plate.After it has cooled down completely grinding coarsely

Add this mixture above the custard during serving. This gives a crunchy caramelized flavor.
