Cut ivy gourd into round slices.slices should not be too thick and not too thin

Add besan and rice flour to it. Rice flour should be added little more compared to besan. Add salt,turmeric and chill powder.mix well

Heat oil and deep fry the coated ivy gourds till golden brown. Drop ivy gourds slices one by one in oil to avoid sticking.
