First of all take a mango and wash it and then Peel it and cut in to small piss and put in to the mixer jar then crush it in a mixer. Prepare the mango juice. Take it in a nonstick pan and add sugar.

Then turn on the gas and stir the mixture. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves. On the other hand, to take the mold of silly cone and to grease it with oil, you have to apply the oil without any scent.

Now after the sugar has melted, add water to it and mix everything again and keep stirring.

Now after boiling water for 5 minutes, take a teaspoon of water, add a jelly tin and mix it, then mix it with mango and water.

Lightly mix the mixture again. Take special care not to get lumps in the gelatin. Then boil the mixture till it becomes a little thick.

Then strain the mixture so that no mango juice or gelatin is formed and the mixture becomes smooth.

Now place the filtered mixture in a greased silicone mold to set. Place the mixture in the freezer to set.

The jelly will be set in an hour.

Once the jelly is set, take it out of the mold and decorate it with leaves and cherries and tutti fruity and serve. So can'twait and have to taste a Mango Jelly.
