Soak the kunde peeled in warm water overnight

Drain the water and crush the kunde, place in a bowl, then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix in well

Once done make into round shapes, mould with your hands

Heat oil in a medium karai and deep fry on medium heat to allow the bhajias to cook well and to turn golden brown

Serve with desired dip either chutneys or ukwaju as I like mine with
