Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1chicken thigh
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/4onion
  4. 2/3-1tbsp(大匙) soy sauce, 醤油
  5. 1 tbspMirin (Sweet cooking rice wine), 味醂
  6. 1/2 tbspcooking sake, 酒
  7. 1/2 tbspsugar
  8. 1/3tsp(小匙) Hondashi (Powdered bonito soup stock)
  9. 80 ccwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put "*"-marked ingredients and 5mm-thick sliced onion in a small frying pan.

  2. 2

    Cook it about 2 mins over medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Add 1 inch-sized chicken into the pan.

  4. 4

    Keep cooking over medium-high heat for around 3 mins so that the chicken is cooked enough.

  5. 5

    Add 2/3 amount of beatened egg, and mix roughly.

  6. 6

    Put a lid over the pan and keep cooking 30 sec over medium-high heat.

  7. 7

    Add rest of the egg, and keep cooking until the egg become half-cooked.

  8. 8

    Put it on cooked rice in a bowl. Enjoy!

  9. 9
