Steps

Boil the potatoes to cook but not overcooked to mashy and set aside with its broth

Heat oil in a separate pan

Add the whole spices, cook for a few minutes

Add in the onions and bell pepper and cook

Once cooked, add in the crushed garlic and cook

Then add in the grated tomatoes, cook for a few minutes and add in the paste and cook

Add in the ground spieces and allow a few minutes to cook

Add in the potatoes with its broth, if the broth is not enough you can add in hot water to your desired stew consistency

Season accordingly, and simmer on low heat for few minutes

Add in the fresh dhania, and put off heat

Serve with naan bread, brown chapati...
