Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • Water as per required to knead dough
  • 3-4 tablespoonsGhee or refined flour for frying
  • For tea
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1 tablespoonTea
  • Sugar half tablespoon
  • 1-2 piecesElaichi
  • Kheri ka Achar(Recepie already uploaded)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan...Add milk..Boil the milk...Then add tea, sugar and elaichi..mix well and boil them all....Serve hot

  2. 2

    For Parantha, Take a bowl, Add wheat flour and gradually add water and knead a soft dough.....Keep it rest for half an hour

  3. 3

    Now take small pieces and roll them and make (fry)a roti by using ghee or butter by spreading over and below them and make them crisp...Serve hot with Tea and Aam ka achaar
