Take cornflour into bowl add 2 cups water and make thin slurry.

Take non stick kadhai and put sugar+water(2cups) and let sugar dissolves.add lemon juice and mix it now add cornflour slurry and stir it continuously.it will gets thick and transparent very quickly.

When it get thickens add 1 tbsp ghee and cook by stirring continuously for 5 mins.then again add 1 that ghee and cook 5 mins again ghee..just like that repeat the procedure untill all the 6tbsp ghee gets absorb.u will c the shine in mixture.

Cook it contiously by stirring for 30 mins after that add yellow food colour and pieces of nuts(of your choice) +magaz and mix it.

Cook more n more.the whole procedure will take take 1 hour so count the timing.thats very important.

And then grease your tray or mould with oil and put the mixture in that garnish with finally chopped almonds n cashews and keep it aside for 2 hours to set.

After that cut into pieces and serve.
