Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl boil milk now add rice make it boil till rice turns soft.

Add custard powder in cold milk mix nicely then add in milk mix nicely.

When rice turns soft add sugar again boil till kheer turns thick.

Now add dryfruis and elaichi powder.
- 5
When kheer is ready add the pulp of mango make it chilled in fridge. Serve with dry fruits.
