Season the chicken with salt and pepper then pan it with cooking oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Saute the mushroom with butter until it gets browned. Set aside.

On the same pan, add more oil then fry the onion until golden brown, Add the garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and chilli flake.

After that, add chicken stock and heavy cream. Put the chicken and the mushroom back to the pan.

Add baby spinach and cook it for about 3 minutes.
