Ingredients

5 people
  1. 2 tbspcoffee powder
  2. 2 tbspSugar
  3. 2 tbsphot water
  4. 3/4 cupmaida
  5. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1 tbspCoco powder
  9. 1 cupMilk (if required)
  10. 1/2 cupmalai
  11. 1 tbspbutter / ghee (melted)
  12. Some Walnuts (10 to 12)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take one cup and add coffee powder, sugar, water and blend just like fullfy or creamy.

  2. 2

    Now take a bowl Add maida,coco powder, baking soda, baking powder whisk it well.

  3. 3

    Another bowl Add Malai, powder sugar butter or ghee mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now malai,powder sugar butter or ghee add to Dry ingredient.dalgona coffee also add to mixture. (If your dough is very sticky nd thin so you don't worry transfer to the small bowl nd 20 to 25 min rest on Freez)

  5. 5

    Roll the dough into balls size and press.some sprinkle walunts.place onto the plate.

  6. 6

    Preheat the oven 180 degree and bake to 10 to 15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Allow to Cool 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.

  8. 8

    They cookies are ready to serve. Transfer to the airtight container.

  9. 9

    They cookies are airtight container at room temperature for 1 week.

  10. 10

    Enjoy your cookies.
