Ingredients

15 minutes
6 people
  • 1big mango
  • 1cucumber
  • 1small tomato
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tbspnsugar
  • 1/2tspn salt
  • 1/2tspn red chilli flakes
  • leavesFew fresh mint
  • Serve with Tuc biscuits or crisps

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl add lemon juice,sugar,salt,red chilli flakes and mix it all together

    Then add small diced tomato, cucumber, mango mix it all properly

  3. 3

    In the end add few chopped mint leaves on top and serve with Tuc biscuits or any other salty crackers or crisps and enjoy !
