Heat oil in a pan add onion, chopped coriander,salt,Chat Masala, Chopped chilles lasty add boiled potatoes.and let it cool down.

In a large mixing bowl, Take All-purpose Flour, Add salt per taste add two spoon oil and crumble well with your hands.add water as required and knead to a sticky doe and add two spoon of oil and rest for half an hour.knead to smooth and soft dough.

Now take some oil in a kitchen floor and flaten the doe with your hand as much as possible. Now make a thin circle. Grease oil over it. Now add aloo stuffing.Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.

Stretch the pleated dough as much as possible.secure the end by pressing gently.take the rolled ball and with help of your hands flatten the Partha.

Heat oil in a tawa and place the rolled paratha Then cook the Partha from one side. flip the paratha on the other side and grease with butter and cook till it get crisp.

Your Aloo Lachaa partha is ready.
