Shrikhand is an Indian sweet dish made using hung curd and powdered sugar. The correct Ayurvedic way of making this dessert will enhances it's nutritional value as well as it's taste. It also has medicinal properties of multiple spices. This Ayurvedic Shrikhand is very easy to digest with goodness of A2 ghee, honey and other spices.

Shrikhand is an Indian sweet dish made using hung curd and powdered sugar. The correct Ayurvedic way of making this dessert will enhances it's nutritional value as well as it's taste. It also has medicinal properties of multiple spices. This Ayurvedic Shrikhand is very easy to digest with goodness of A2 ghee, honey and other spices.

Pour the fresh curd in a muslin cloth in a strainer. Bring the four edges of the muslin cloth together and tie a knot gently press and tie this overnight to drain the water.now take the hung curd

In a mixing bowl take the hung curdand mix well with the electric beater till it becomes fluffy and smooth in texture.

Now add 1 tbsp honey, A2 cow ghee and sugar and mix well.

To this add 2 tsp saffron milk and mix well along with cardamom powder and dry ginger powder. Finely add chopped dry fruits

Ayurvedic Shrikhand is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve chilled.
