Ingredients

15 minutes
6 servings
  • 12fresh bread pieces
  • 5-6 tspThick fresh malai
  • 1 tsppowdered sugar
  • 1 tbspalmonds Finely Chopped
  • 7-8 tbspRabdi
  • 4-5 tspDesiccated coconut
  • 4-5 tspTruti frutti

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all the bread pieces in round shape.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add malai and sugar,mix it well. Add chopped almonds.Malai spread is ready.

  3. 3

    In rabdi add yellow food colour(totally optional) mix well.

  4. 4

    Take one piece of bread,spread malai.Cover it with other bread circle.

  5. 5

    Arrange all the bread circles in a serving plate. Pour rabdi over the each circle.spread coconut and trutti frutti. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve cool.
