Take large size bowl add Ajwain Seeds, Cumin seeds salt and oil.mix well with your fingers. Now add water and make hard dough. Cover it and keep aside for 20-30 minutes. After that make small ball. Press with your palm and make small - small Puri.And prick with fork.

Heat it up pan on medium-high flame with oil, and deep fry in the pan when comes brown means Papdi are ready. Transfer to a plate.

Take a bowl arrange the Papdi add boil chickpeas. Top the Papdi and chickpeas add beaten curd. Top up with tamarind chutney and green mint coriander Chutney. Sprinkle all masal powder, sugar and salt.On the top add onion, green chilli chopped, tomato, ginger and coriander leaves. Serve and enjoy.
