In a kadhaai, heat oil. Now add 3-4 cloves, 2-3 cardamom, 1 small cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf and sauté.

Now add 2 chopped onions and sauté. Add grated garlic and cook until brown an medium flame.

Now add 1/2 spoon turmeric powder, 1/4 spoon coriander powder and 1/2spoon red chilli along with salt as per taste. Saute it.

Now add 1 chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and grate ginger. Cover and cook on medium flame and keep stirring until oil separates.

Now add 3/4 spoon garam masala and mix well.

Now add eggs and mix well. Add chopped coriander.

Add 2 cups of hot water and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with roti/rice/paratha.
