Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk and bring it to boil on medium heat.

Mean while add beetle leaves, rose petals or gulkand and 2tbsp milk in a mixer and grind it to smooth paste.

Once milk is boiled, mix wheat flour with water and keep a side. Add condensed milk, fresh cream, sugar and mix well. Now pour the wheat mixture and make sure it's cooked well for about 2-3min and turn off from flame.

Now let the base completely cooldown. The add the grinded paste, pepper mint and blend smooth. Pour it to kulfi mouldamd set for 6hrs.

Paan kulfi is ready to get served.

Note: Avoid corn flour and use wheat flour which is healthier version. Base is same for all kulfi. Only you have to change the flavour as per your choice
