Labanga Latika is an unique dessert where the stuffing is powdered coconut, cashews, green cardamom, pistachios, khoya, sugar with raisins.
Steps

Make a lime juice. In a bowl add Maida, wheat flour and 1 Tbsp ghee. Make a dough by adding water. Keep it covered for 30 mins

Make powder separately for khoya, pistachios, cashew nuts, coconut, sugar and mix with raisins

In a wok add sugar to water and make a syrup until you get a threat like consistency on a low flame. Add lime juice and set aside

Now divide the dough into balls and with a rolling pin make puris. Do it in batches.

In the centre add a little of the mix and fold four sides. Fix with a clove

Heat ghee in a wok and fry the Latika until golden in colour

Dip in sugar syrup for a minute or two and set aside. Do it in batches

Enjoy hot
